The New Apostolic Church Switzerland is under private law and registered as an incorporate soceity in the Commercial Register of Canton Zürich ( compare Byelaws of the NAC CH ). It is part of the worldwide New Apostolic Church as all New Apostolic District Churches are.

Supreme authority of the New Apostolic Church Switzerland is the Assembly of Delegates. The delegate of a church district is elected by the members for four years. The Assembly of Delegates in turn elects the board of management and the church president each for one year. The annual financial statement of the New Apostolic Church Switzerland, the Charitable Trust of the NAC CH and the Missions Trust NAC CH is audited by an external auditing agency.
