The management of the New Apostolic Church Switzerland looks after about 200 church owned properties in Switzerland and supervises, respectively coordinates this supporting function in the whole District Apostle Area.

The upkeep of the buildings and surroundings is mainly ensured by honorary work. Maintenance and restoration is however the managements duty. On a yearly average 30 projects or more than 1,500 single tasks are carried out simultaneously. The management is also responsible for the energy management and the protection of interests.

The accounts of the NAC Switzerland and all Trusts are dealt with by the sector Finances. Furthermore the management exercises a controlling function regarding the accounts of the individual countries. The Annual Financial Statement of the New Apostolic Church Switzerland is audited by an external auditing agency and approved by the assembly of delegates, an institution chosen by church members.

The IT Network between all managements at home and abroad and the pastoral carers with administrating duties is becoming increasingly important. The management recently started an internet platform to exchange information with the persons responsible in the congregations and districts.

The sector stock management, printing and dispatch has stock and office supplies ready for all swiss congregations and issues all newsletters and printed matter for various needs.
