The administration is dealt with by the management of the New Apostolic Church Switzerland with headquarters in Zürich, and by the secretariats at home and abroad.

District Apostle Markus Fehlbaum - supreme minister in the District Apostle area, and at the same time Church President of the area church of Switzerland - is under the Chief Apostle and therewith integrated in the organisation of the New Apostolic Church International.

The District Apostles duties combine both pastoral care and administration. In the line of pastoral care he is assisted by Apostles and Bishops with ministers from their districts and congregations, supported by a central secretariat led by Shepherd Thomas Deubel.

The Administrative Structure of the District Apostle Area, led by administrating manager Bishop André Kreis, also cares for the various secretariats abroad.

The Administrative Structure of the New Apostolic Church Switzerland, led by administrating manager Esther Dubs and domiciled in Zurich, leads the three departments of accounting, real estate and central service
