Congregations
Central in church life is the congregation. Through spiritual bonding, arising from the receiving of the Holy Ghost we see ourselves ( New Apostolic Christians ) as "Brothers and Sisters." Thus when we address one another as such we convey a profound solidarity.
The shared goal in Faith unifies us: To live the values of the Gospel and to partake in the Return of Christ.
Central in congregational life is the Divine Service and the personal pastoral care. The congregational members help, with choral singing and orchestral interludes, to shape the Divine Services. They also act as teachers for the children, take care of the altar decorations, the upkeep of the premises and tend to the surroundings. They visit the ill, aged and disabled congregational members. Congregational celebrations and excursions also belong to community life.
