The spiritual and organisational care of the around 200 congregations in Switzerland is in the hands of District Apostle Markus Fehlbaum, three Apostles and five Bishops. They take care of the 15 Swiss districts with their approximately 35,000 members.

Apostle Heinz Lang is, together with Bishop Paul Imhof, active for the congregations in the districts of Graubünden, Schaffhausen, St.Gallen, Wil SG, Winterthur, as well as, together with Bishop Ruedi Fässler, responsible for the congregations in the districts of Zürich-South and Zürich-North. Apostle Heinz Lang, together with Bishop Pail Imhof, is also active in Hungary.

Apostle Philipp Burren, together with Bishop André Kreis, is in charge of the districts of Midlands and Basel, as well as, together with Bishop Jürg Zbinden, responsible for the congregations in the districts of Bern-North, Bern-South and Thun, as well as, together with Bishop Jean-Jacques Hildbrand, responsible for the congregations in the districts of Romandie-North and Romandie-South

Apostle Orlando Mutti, responsible for Italy, will together with Bishop Jürg Zbinden also serve the district of Ticino.
