District Apostle Markus Fehlbaum in Rumania

The District Apostle visited Rumania from May 15th to 17th, 2009. On the schedule was a District ministers meeting for Rumania, Bulgaria and Moldova, besides Divine Services in Bistrita, Danes/Sighisoara and Cluj.

The District ministers meeting took place in Danes/Sighisoara on Saturday, May 16th. 20 years ago there were only 2 or 3 ministers active in the aforementioned countries with not a single District ministry. In the meantime there are a total of 2 Apostles, 2 Bishops and 24 District ministries who care for more than 12,000 members. In this manner one can recognise a blessed development. To maintain this, future measures were discussed and many impulses were taken up. In this manner the District Apostle could motivate all participants in their work. The District ministers meeting concluded on Saturday evening with singing around a campfire.

15 souls were sealed in the 3 Divine Services held in Bistrita, Danes/Sighisoara and Cluj. To this, a District Evangelist and 3 young Deacons were ordained and one Deacon already in ministry was recommissioned.

Besides the Apostles and Bishops from Rumania, the District Apostle was accompanied by Apostle Burren, Apostle Kainz, Bishop Müller and the District Elder Kreis.
