Visit to Hungary

13.09.2009 / Ungarn

On the 12th and 13th September 2009 our District Apostle Markus Fehlbaum visited the brethren in Hungary

On Saturday morning, the District Apostle, accompanied by Apostle Rudolf Kianz, Bishop Paul Imhof and the retired Bishop Hans Trimmal held a gathering together in the church of Budapest similar to a Divine Service where joy and enthusiasm for the co-workers was delivered under the motto “whoever will may come”. As a foundation he read a word out of John 16:25. A lunch of Hungarian Kolbász (sausage) and potato salad was served in the adjoining rooms for the 96 participants.

The Divine Service which took place in the afternoon with 100 participants, stood under a word out of Revelation 12:4-5. Little Zoe Laura received the Holy Spirit to the delight of the parents and the festive congregation that came from all parts of the country.

The Divine Service with the District Apostle took place in Miskolc on Sunday morning. There, Zsófia received the Holy Spirit in the arms of her joyful parents.

Several discussions rounded off the visit of the Apostles and Bishops. The radiating faces of the brothers and sisters of Hungary were a sign of the blessing and strengthened the joy on the walk of faith
